陕西中奥长兴实业有限责任公司（原渭南高新区爱心有限责任公司）成立于1998年，位于渭南国家级高新技术产业开发区。拥有注册资金3519万元，是一家集精细化工生产、科研开发、工程施工为一体的综合性高新技术企业。公司下设工程公司、爱心化工厂、贸易公司、3PE防腐厂、宁夏同德爱心循环能源科技有限公司。

公司拥有醇醚多元进料制芳烃、二甲醚制烯烃多项专利技术及国际先进的工艺技术包，在甲醇及二甲醚下游精细化工方面有很高的知名度，拥有防腐保温施工总承包一级资质，市政公用工程施工总承包三级资质、机电工程施工总承包三级资质、建筑工程施工总承包三级、钢结构工程专业承包三级，可承接各类化工工程、石化工程、环境工程、水利水电工程等咨询、工程设计、工程管理和总承包业务。

Established in 1998, Shaanxi Zhongaochangxing Industrial Co., Ltd （the old name is Weinan High-Tech Zone Ai Xin Co.,Ltd）is situated in the Weinan National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a comprehensive high-tech company with registered capital of 35.19 million yuan, integrating industry of fine chemicals, scientific research & development and engineering construction. Furthermore, it consists of several subsidiaries to wit, Engineering Company, Ai Xin Chemical Plant, Steel Pipe 3PE(Three-layer Structure Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating) Plant, Ningxia Tongde Ai Xin Recycling Energy Science Co. Ltd.

The company possesses a number of patented technologies and international advanced technology packages for the production of aromatics from alcohol ether polymer feeding and olefins from dimethyl ether. It has a high reputation in the fine chemical industry downstream of methanol and dimethyl ether. Moreover, it has the first-level qualification of general contracting for anticorrosion and insulation works, the third-level qualification of general contracting for municipal public works, mechanical and electrical engineering works, architecture works, and the third-level qualification of professional contracting for steel structural engineering. Besides, it has the qualifications for electric power system installation, commissioning & test, as well as maintenance. All in all, it can undertake engineering consultation, design, management and general contracting services for various fields, including but not limited to, chemical, petrochemical, environmental, water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
